Yoga in your Workplace

A yoga class helps you to unwind, to regain the energy you need to concentrate and be creative in your work, and to get a larger perspective of your tasks and what they involve. A yoga class is like a refreshing shower which leaves you rejuvenated.

In these classes, I suggest breathing exercises and gentle movements aiming in particular at dissolving tensions.

As pratique bears fruit in the long run, I recommend one class a week.

All you need is a quiet room where you can accommodate around twelve people et one mat per person. Participants are advised to come in comfortable clothes.
